“You have no privileges” phpMyAdmin warning?

On our hosting servers when a database is created a database user is automatically created with the same name as the database. For example, if you created a database named “your_database”, this database will have only one user “your_database”. This database user has full privileges over the database, except CREATE and GRANT. Since these two privileges are restricted for the main database user you may see the phpMyAdmin warning “You have no privileges” which will not affect your regular database management through phpMyAdmin.

You can create new databases using the Control Panel -> Database Manager section.
