What is a Virtual Private Server?

Virtualization is a method of partitioning a physical server into multiple virtual servers, and each virtual server has the appearance and capabilities as a dedicated server. Each virtual server can run its own full-fledged operating system and each server can be independently rebooted. Many customers do not need an entire server and prefer to pay less for what they utilize.
