Despite these potential variations, the following are the standard commission fees.
Commission fees
When we send out commissions, certain fees are deducted by our payment providers. These fees are based on the payment type and currency used. For more detailed information, please see the details below:
| EU countries – when IBAN is provided and commission currency is EUR (check what IBAN means here) | No fee |
| EU and Other Countries – when IBAN is not provided or commission currency is not EUR (i.e. USD, GBP, etc.) | 0.15% (min. 10.00 EUR) + 1.55 EUR for SWIFT handling + 0.025% (min. 2.50 EUR) for currency conversion Example: If your commission is 100.00 USD, the fee will be 14.05 EUR |
Paper Cheque (via Deutsche Bank)
