In order to create an SSH account, your hosting plan should support SSH (the free hosting plan does not support SSH). You can verify this by going to your Control Panel -> Advanced Tools -> SSH Manager. From there you can enable SSH for your account, if your plan supports SSH, or see a message telling you that you need to upgrade to a better plan if your current hosting plan doesn’t support SSH.

To create the account, simply provide a password and click the “Enable SSH Account” button.
